Great food always brings people together. However, when it comes to us, we already had some things in common, our Greek roots and undeniable devotion to healthy nutrition!

We met during our studies at the Agricultural University of Athens, and our roads crossed again later in Switzerland. While we came from different regions of Greece, Macedonia and Achaia, we had similar childhood memories of participating in our families’ agricultural production and the same passion for creating new projects.

We started talking about a joint project in 2020, looking to turn pulses into irresistible snacks and give back to our community. Two years later, Palse was born.
