Our Ugly Truffle chip features wild truffles snuffled by the keen nose of a specially trained truffle dog out of the lush forest and valleys of the istria region in Croatia.
The truffles are then added to our potatoes which have been planted, nurtured and picked from our own fields and hand cooked in 100% sunflower oil.
