Our RITTER SPORT Butter Biscuit bar contains a true one-off: a perfectly square butter biscuit. Made especially for this bar, the biscuit is baked with an extra portion of butter then fitted exactly into its bed of cocoa crème and firm milk chocolate. It's almost a shame to eat it. Almost.
Filled milk chocolate with a cocoa crème (30 %) and a butter biscuit (13.5 %). Milk chocolate: cocoa solids 30 % minimum, milk solids 18 % minimum.
